Toy Story 3 movie review

Toy Story 3 is a great movie! Adults and kids alike will enjoy it!

I just saw Toy Story 3 with my two sons today and let me tell you I was impressed. Usually with sequels it’s hard reason rare for a movie producer to even equal or come close to one of the predecessor movies. In this case, Toy Story 3 far outdid both Toy Story 1 and 2.

There are more characters to include both Ken and Barbie, an evil purple bear, a large baby doll enforcer and more. And all of the main original characters are back again. Jesse from Toy Story 2 whom had a romantic interest in Buzz Lightyear is back, but sadly, Woody, the main character has lost his romantic interest to a garage sale.

Andy, the toys’ owner, has grown up and is getting ready to go off to college. He hasn’t played with these toys in years but he did not get rid of them. As he’s getting ready to leave for college’s mother makes him clean up his room and get rid of things he won’t need so that his sister can take over the room.

Andy likes his toys and decides to take Woody to college with him and he is going to put the rest of the toys in the attic, and that is a where the toys adventure really begins because the toys don’t quite make it to the attic. I’m not going to spill the whole story here, but I will tell you that it involves a day care center, crazy toddlers that break toys, an on and off again relationship between Ken and Barbie, an evil toy empire and an ending that you would never expect.

There is a few points in the movie where it gets kind of sad and at one point it seems like the toys are doomed to have accepted their fate. But the movie is full of surprises, great special effects and animation, and is a pleasure to watch for the full hour and 40 minutes or so. Adults and kids alike will love this movie.

Awesome movie! I especially liked the evil and sinister bear – Flotso. Whom would have ever thought of making an evil villain out of a purple bear that smells of strawberries? Ken is definitely gayer then a bent doornail. I got it for free through my VPN at Torrent Privacy where I am totally anonymous and secure and I don’t have to worry about the RIAA or copyright attorneys!

I loved that movie. I went to see it over the weekend. I couldn’t believe that the 3 little martian characters came back to save them in the end. Great story and great ending! Loved it!

Great movie. My kids love it. We bought the DVD and my kids can’t get enough of it – we’ve already watched it 3 times!

What I wonder is did this set it up for a Toy Story 4?
