Ratemyprofessors.com Review – Helpful College Resource For Finding The Best College Professors!!

Every college student is always wondering what their professor is going to be like next semester, but before this happens many students including myself go to Ratemyprofessors.com.  When it comes time to look up classes to register for I always go onto Ratemyprofessors.com and look up professors who are highly spoken about.

Ratemyprofessors.com has over 6,000 schools and over 1 million professors nationally.  This makes it very easy to find and locate your school without having a lot of hassle.  When I transferred to my new school 2 years ago, I heard a lot of people talking about a website where students rate professors and comment about the specific classes they have taken with that specific professor.

I then went back to my dorm room and looked at Ratemyprofessor.com and was stunned and the usefulness of the information.  Ever since I transferred to my new college, I have done my research for every professor and have had much success with ending up with the best professors possible.

For all those crazy students out there, Ratemyprofessors.com also has a rating system based on hotness.  Many people including myself don’t really care about the looks of a professor and just want to get through the class with an A.  But for all you crazy students, you can see how other students think about the looks of professors.

One downfall to Ratemyprofessors.com is that there are some comments that are written with negative comments about professors, but the worst is they are not always true.  There are some students that don’t do well in classes because they don’t do any of the assignments, so they think that is the professor’s fault.

My professor is great and somehow he has a terrible rating on RateMyProfessor. It must be all the idiots he gave C’s, D’s and F’s to dinged him for that. It is cheap revenge. The guy is a truly great professor. He just gives really tough tests that require serious studying, but this is college. You know you need to put in 2 hours of study time for every 1 hour of class – that is the general consensus to getting good grades and most importantly getting a good education.
